With over two decades of experience in Flood Risk Analysis, Stephen possesses extensive knowledge in flood zone preparedness, flood disaster management, and assisting property owners in obtaining improved flood coverage, reducing flood deductibles, and securing better sub-limits

Stephen has collaborated with FEMA and various property insurance carriers in the United States and Canada on diverse projects. His exceptional background includes his involvement with the National Flood Insurance Forum (NFIF), where he contributed to the assessment of online course education and provided legislative advice for the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012.

Stephen’s dedication to flood prevention stems from his firsthand involvement as a member of the Hurricane Katrina Recovery Team. His expertise guides clients towards adopting safe standards and achieving cost-effective profitability.

Tiffany Largey - Partner and COO

Additionally, she holds a master’s degree in advanced holistic nursing and is certified as a holistic nurse. With a successful tenure as a nursing professor, she utilizes her educational foundation and expertise to forge meaningful business relationships, leveraging her skills and experience for the benefit of the company.
